Qualifications

• 1-2 years in HR operations or data administration.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as UKG, iCIMS, or ADP is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills and meticulous data handling.

Responsibilities

• Keep employee records accurate, complete, and audit-ready through daily data entry.
• Own the JIRA support queue as first contact, triaging Tier 1 requests and looping in HRIS/IT when needed.
• Partner with IT and stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and provide timely updates.
