Qualifications

• 1–2 years in HR operations, HRIS, or data administration.
• Hands-on experience with UKG, iCIMS or ADP is a real plus.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Disciplined to follow established processes and collaborate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Keep employee records accurate, complete, and audit-ready through daily data entry.
• Own the JIRA support queue as the first point of contact and triage Tier 1 requests.
• Partner with IT and stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and provide clear updates.
• Run regular system audits to catch discrepancies and keep data reporting accurate.
• Build and maintain a living SOP library with step-by-step documentation.
• Pull standard reports from UKG and iCIMS on request.
• Keep documentation current with system or process changes.
