Job summary

Electronic Arts is seeking a Program Manager and Analyst for HR Transformation in Vancouver, BC. The role blends business insight, data, and emerging technology to shape work models and accelerate transformation within People Experience.

You will manage projects, build dashboards, and deliver actionable insights in a hybrid work setting. You will partner with the PE Technology Systems team to translate complex problems into practical solutions, develop KPIs, and drive data-driven decisions

Qualifications

• Track record leading complex cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution, delivering measurable outcomes.
• Expertise in modern project management frameworks, with road-mapping, milestone tracking, and risk/dependency mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Transformation Execution and Project Management: lead projects and cross-functional workstreams; convert outputs into actionable insights and deliverables.
• Business & Data Analysis: break down problems, quantify opportunities, build dashboards, baselines, KPIs and reporting tools.
• Data Storytelling & Technology: synthesize datasets into narratives and executive-ready visuals; leverage AI/tools to modernize operations.
