Program Manager and Analyst, HR Transformation
Description and Requirements

Reporting to the Senior Director, PE Technology Systems, you will bring together business insight, data, and emerging technology to help shape how work gets done across People Experience. You will be an important execution and partner to the People Experience Process & Technology Design Lead, translating complex problems into actionable insights, visualizations, and practical solutions. You will own defined analyses and deliverables across data, technology, automation, and AI to inform decisions and accelerate implementation. You will provide project management leadership across a defined set of People Experience transformation programs. You will work in a hybrid work model 3 days in office based in out of Vancouver, Canada.

Responsibilities
Transformation Execution and Project Management
  • Project manages identified transformation projects and provides program management across interdependent projects.
  • Turn transformation strategy, workshop outputs, and cross-functional inputs into actionable insights, recommendations, and deliverables
  • Lead process of defined analyses and workstreams, investigating business, data, and technology questions to inform solutions
Business & Data Analysis
  • Break down complex business problems and develop data-backed insights
  • Quantify opportunities and use data to challenge assumptions, validate redesign, and inform transformation decisions
  • Work with internal teams and partners to source and analyze data needed to answer critical business questions
Data Visualization & Decision Support
  • Build dashboards, Airtables, scorecards, decks, and executive-ready materials that turn complex information into insights and recommendations
  • Establish baselines, KPIs, and measurement approaches to demonstrate transformation impact
  • Create reporting and tools that provide visibility into performance, progress, risks, and outcomes
Success Measures
  • Data, insights, and visualizations enable faster, better-informed transformation decisions
  • Technology, automation, and AI opportunities are translated into practical solutions that accelerate movement from idea to implementation
  • Increased capacity and pace in moving PE transformation priorities from insight to action
Required Qualifications
Project Leadership & Delivery
  • Track record leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution, delivering measurable outcomes on time and within scope.
  • Expertise in modern project management frameworks, with demonstrated capability in road-mapping, milestone tracking, and proactive risk/dependency mitigation.
Business Analyst Experience
  • Expertise deconstructing ambiguous, multi-faceted challenges into structured hypotheses, clear frameworks, and practical, data-backed solutions.
  • Deep experience collecting and analyzing requirements from diverse cross-functional stakeholders into clear business cases, functional specs, user journeys, and process workflows.
Data Storytelling & Technology
  • Advanced skill in synthesizing complex datasets into compelling narratives, interactive dashboards, and executive-ready presentations.
  • Practical, working familiarity with AI tools, workflow automation platforms, analytics platforms, and emerging technologies to streamline workflows and modernize operations.
Work Style & Professional Traits
  • Experience completing projects in a highly matrixed environment while maintaining alignment with overarching organizational objectives.
  • Experience translating complex concepts and decisions to team members and project sponsors.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior background or familiarity working within People Experience, HR Operations, Talent, or Employee Experience functions.
  • Project Management Professional, Project Management Institute Agile Certified Practitioner, Certified Business Analysis Professional, or equivalent certifications in project management or business analysis.
Pay Transparency - North America
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).

PAY RANGES

* British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) *$114,300 - $156,200 CAD

Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.

For Canada, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and other incentive programs.
