Job summary
Bora Pharmaceuticals is a leading global CDMO seeking a Manager, People Systems & Automation to optimize Workday and drive automation across the employee lifecycle. You will design scalable self-service experiences, build reports and analytics, and partner on AI-enabled HR initiatives to improve efficiency and employee experience.
The role is hybrid in Mississauga, Canada, with a compensation range of CAD 115,000–145,000 depending on experience, plus strong benefits and professional development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- 7+ years of Workday experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience, including HCM, Talent, Recruitment and Advanced Compensation modules.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary functional owner and SME for Workday.
- Configure and optimize business processes, security, reporting, dashboards, calculated fields, and integrations.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual HR processes using Workday, Power Platform, and related technologies.
- Design scalable self-service experiences for employees and managers.
- Develop workforce reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making.
- Support annual compensation, performance, talent, and workforce planning processes.
- Partner on AI-enabled and digital HR initiatives that improve efficiency and employee experience.
