HR Systems Integration Analyst (Contract)
Mississauga / Calgary / Halifax | $90K-$100K | 14-Month Contract
We're hiring an HR Systems Integration Analyst for a national company undergoing a major Dayforce (Ceridian) implementation project. This is a hands-on opportunity to support the configuration and integration of core HR systems-ideal for someone with strong Ceridian Dayforce experience, technical aptitude, and the ability to jump in and drive results.
This role is part of a collaborative HR Systems team.
Supporting the Dayforce Benefits implementation project (config, test, document)
Working closely with the business to gather and translate system requirements
Managing technical configuration and integrations (internal and vendor systems)
Creating and validating data mapping and transformation processes
Troubleshooting issues, working through testing, and managing change requests
Partnering with stakeholders on transition planning and change management
3-5+ years of experience with HRIS implementation, configuration, and integrations
Strong knowledge of Ceridian Dayforce (ideally in Benefits, Payroll, or Total Rewards)
Solid understanding of SQL and APIs; strong technical aptitude
Comfortable gathering and documenting system/business requirements
Previous experience working in cross-functional teams and vendor-facing projects
Experience supporting HR workflows like pensions, benefits, or compensation
Bonus if you've worked in a fast-paced or pilot/test group environment
HRIS or technical certifications
Experience in data security and compliance
Change management or user training experience
Salary: $90K-$100K (depending on experience)
14-month contract with potential for extension
Flexible location: Mississauga, Calgary, or Halifax offices
1st round with Lead
