Job summary

Tiffany & Co. is seeking an HR Specialist for Canada to support daily HR needs across the market. You will partner with retail teams and HR leadership to drive programs and ensure a seamless employee experience.

The role focuses on core HR processes, employee engagement, and effective administration, while upholding the company values and culture in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience in luxury retail.
• Experience with Canadian payroll and benefits administration.
• Strong data analysis and confidentiality.
• Ability to work in a matrixed organization.
• Fluent in French is desired.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR contact for employee population and inquiries.
• Lead employee engagement and DEIB initiatives across the market.
• Oversee benefits, leaves, and disability administration with timely communication.
• Participate in health & safety and payroll issue resolution.
• Support onboarding for retail leadership and corporate roles.
• Maintain headcount records and HR metrics for talent discussions.
• Provide internal communications aligned with Canada and NA standards.
