Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, talent and retention strategies, employee relations, health & safety, compensation & benefits, performance management, and overall HR operations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, CHRP designation, and minimum 5 years of experience in an HR generalist capacity. They will also have supervisory / management experience and demonstrated knowledge in employment legislation.

Key responsibilities will include :

• Designing and executing HR / employee programs and initiatives;
• Acting as a business partner to functional leads and supporting all departments;
• Overseeing day-to-day HR administration tasks, providing guidance to HR Generalists, and acting as an advisor and counsellor for all programs, policies, and procedures.

The successful candidate will also have excellent time management and organization skills, high level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability, sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills, and ability to collaborate effectively and work with key business partners.
