Niagara Parks is seeking an Integrated Talent Partner to join our HR team in Niagara Falls, ON. This full-time role partners with leaders to drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, and organizational development, while ensuring compliance with employment law and HR policies.

You'll lead initiatives across the employee lifecycle, support learning programs, and analyze workforce data to inform decisions, with a focus on improving engagement and capability across the organization.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years of HR generalist or HR business partnering experience.
• Experience advising leaders on workforce planning, lifecycle management, and talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Experience with HRIS and learning management systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with leaders to provide practical HR guidance across the employee lifecycle.
• Support workforce planning, organizational design projects, and talent acquisition strategies.
• Advise on organizational and staffing changes and reporting structures.
• Support onboarding, development, movement, and offboarding activities.
• Contribute to employee engagement, succession planning, and workforce capability initiatives.
• Identify training and development needs and recommend solutions.
• Coordinate and support learning programs and leadership development initiatives.
• Administer HR technology platforms including HRIS and LMS.
• Analyze workforce data and trends to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR policies; escalate risks as needed.
• Collaborate with HR specialists to deliver integrated people solutions.
