Job description

Our client located in Brentwood, TN. is looking to bring on a contract HR Operations Admin to their team.
This role will have a heavy focus on employee relations and onboarding and will offer a hybrid schedule after two weeks of on-site training.
Duties:
  • Triage team member questions seeking HR support and directly respond or redirect to the appropriate self-service portal and/or the HR subject matter expert.
  • Coordinate with various departments (e.g. Credentialing, Operations) as well as third party vendors (e.g. background and drug screen) to ensure all preemployment, on-boarding tasks are complete in order to promote a successful, timely and professional on-boarding experience for the new hire.
  • Partner with HR Functional teams to address day to day concerns and resolve issues. May represent HR Operations on HR functional project teams.
  • Responsible for assisting managers and supervisors in understanding company policies and procedures.
  • Provide support to the functional HR Teams and business leaders in communicating, collecting, compiling and coordinating information in support of program and operational efficiencies.
  • Perform and/or coordinates the on-boarding/off-boarding duties to include, but not limited to; processing new hires, changes, and terminations and maintaining accurate records.
  • Responsible for internal HR records management and coordinates with partners in Talent Acquisition, Clinical Operations and Credentialing to ensure compliance.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation and may lead other learning/training presentations related to programs and processes supported by the coordinator role.
  • Partner with HR Tech and Analytics to produce standard reports and ensure data integrity.
  • Ensure on-boarding processes adhere to company policy and are compliant (e.g. I-9 Verification, E-Verify, EEO-1 reporting, etc.)

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred or equivalent working experience within an HR administrative role
  • 2 years in HR highly preferred with exposure to employee relations and onboarding processes
Title: Contract HR Operations Admin
Length of Assignment: at least 6 months – could go perm for the right match
Location: Brentwood, TN – hybrid schedule after training
Compensation: $24- $26/hour


Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:

  • the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;

  • licensure and certification requirements;

  • office location and other geographic considerations;

  • other business and organizational needs.

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the referenced salary range reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
