Qualifications

• Completion of a recognized Human Resources Management diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working toward the CHRP designation is preferred.
• 1–2 years of proven HR experience, supporting HR operations and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR inbox and respond to routine inquiries with clarity and discretion.
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure new hires complete required steps in BambooHR.
• Support benefits and pension enrollment processes and documentation.
• Assist in policy improvements and initiatives to enhance employee experience.
• Participate in planning employee engagement activities and internal communications.
