As the senior HR partner for all LifeLabs corporate functions—including Finance, IT, Government Markets, HR, and Business and Consumer Markets—you’ll be responsible for crafting and implementing HR strategies focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, employee engagement, and labour relations. This role offers a unique opportunity to apply your HR expertise, strategic thinking, coaching abilities, and change management knowledge. You will work closely with senior leaders to tackle complex people challenges and seize opportunities that drive LifeLabs’ transformation and growth. You will provide strategic guidance and proactive support to leaders, helping them achieve their business goals.
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will be the go-to advisor for business leaders, helping them navigate complex people issues with strategic insight. Your mission is to align HR with business goals, translating big-picture ideas into actionable HR plans. You'll spot trends, analyze data, and offer solutions to keep us ahead of the curve. You will advance HR goals and drive initiatives like Diversity, Talent, and Engagement within your assigned teams. Whether it’s rolling out new talent programs or crafting change management strategies, you will be at the forefront, ensuring everything runs smoothly. You will work with the Employee and Labour Relations team to handle tricky situations, ensuring policies are followed and issues are resolved in line with company values. Additionally, you’ll coach and develop the HR team, build a pipeline of future leaders, and foster strong organizational partnerships.

$93,000 - $136,000, with final salary based on experience, education, market conditions, and internal equity. Eligible for annual bonus.
