Qualifications

• Post-secondary HR education required.
• 3+ years HR experience in unionized manufacturing.
• Experience with investigations and WorkSafeBC.
• Strong knowledge of BC employment law.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for Ebco and ACSI — posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer letters, onboarding.
• Act as primary liaison with union reps; enforce collective agreements and labour relations.
• Co-chair Joint Health and Safety Committee; coordinate safety training and audits.
• Administer HR operations incl. benefits, HRIS data, immigration support, and performance management.
• Support policy refresh across HR, safety, and workplace policies; coordinate legal reviews.
• Provide guidance on compensation benchmarking and salary reviews.
