Heidelberg Materials is seeking a qualified HR Generalist for a 3-6 month maternity leave coverage role to support our Picton cement plant in Picton, ON. Reporting to the Human Resources Director, you will contribute to the design, support, and delivery of HR strategies, processes and policies on-site.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in HR, solid HR generalist experience, knowledge of labour laws, and proficiency with MS Office and HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP or JDE.
