Heidelberg Materials Canada Limited is seeking a customer‑focused professional to provide outstanding service, manage orders, and coordinate deliveries across multiple teams. You will support sales with quotations, pricing, product recommendations, and identifying growth opportunities.

Provide exceptional customer service by building strong relationships, processing orders, coordinating deliveries, and supporting customer project requirements. Support sales activities through quotation preparation, pricing administration, product recommendations, and identification of growth opportunities. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Dispatch, Billing, and Production teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment, pricing, invoicing, and customer satisfaction. Maintain customer accounts, project records, pricing structures, and related data within Command Cloud, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Monitor customer needs, market trends, and sales performance, generating reports and insights to support business decisions and revenue growth. Investigate and resolve order, project, and invoicing discrepancies, ensuring billing accuracy and timely issue resolution. Process COD pre-authorizations, prepare sales documentation, and manage daily system exceptions to support efficient financial and operational processes.
Strong customer service and relationship-building capabilities with a commitment to deliver positive customer experiences. Cultivates a deep understanding of customer operations and market dynamics, continuously seeking opportunities to create value and drive business growth. Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build trust with diverse stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency with computer systems, sales tools, and business applications used to manage customer accounts and orders. Solid problem-solving skills, business acumen, and a proactive approach to achieving results and supporting team success.
