Full Time HR Generalist
Rochelle Park, NJ

This opportunity is for a Full Time HR Generalist in our Rochelle Park, NJ office.
The HR Generalist provides administrative support for several critical HR functions. This position will be managing onboarding, offboarding, compliance training, and the performance review process. Serves as the first point of contact for the HR group.

Essential Functions, Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manages the new hire and onboarding process for all new hires (includingacquiredemployees), which includesmanaging theHR Onboarding presentation.
  • Manages theannual online compliance training programlaunched in HRIS
  • Manages FACIS background checks for the company.
  • Preparenewemployee onboardingdocuments(new hires andacquired)
  • I-9management: reviewand resolvesubmittedI-9sinHRIS, confirm E-Verify
  • Managesthe annual Performance Review processin the HRIS for the company
  • Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions
  • Manages communications with terms after termedin the company HRIS: sending required term paperwork
  • Assistswith recruitment and interview process as needed, which may includesubmittingonline background requests during the recruiting process, tracks status of candidates in HRIS and responds with follow-up letters at the end of the recruiting process,(back up recruiting)as needed
  • Adheres to the attendance policy
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or equivalent work experience, required
  • 3 years’ experience working in Human Resources required
  • PHR or SHRM certification preferred
  • Previous experience working with an HRIS required, Paycor a plus, but not required
