Job summary

Trans Mountain Corporation is seeking a collaborative HR Operations Analyst to join our Human Resources team in an in-office setting in Alberta. You will handle data entry, audits, filing, and maintain process documentation, ensuring the integrity of employee and contractor data across HR systems.

You will troubleshoot import and integration issues, support HR professionals, and analyze HR data to generate reports that guide strategic decisions. This role is contract-based, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in administration or HR preferred.
• Over 1 year of progressive experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of HRIS such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, ADP or ServiceNow is an asset.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy, security, and compliance of HR data; perform audits.
• Provide day-to-day technical support and training for HR systems.
• Analyze HR workflows and identify opportunities for automation.
• Extract and analyze HR data to generate reports and insights.
• Coordinate with HR, IT, and Payroll to align HRIS with projects.
