Qualifications

• College diploma or degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience with focus on recruitment and onboarding.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR tech; strong PowerPoint skills.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask.
• Experience in manufacturing is an asset; bilingual English/French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly and corporate positions in Ontario, posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Coordinate onboarding for Ontario workforce and assist with orientation and policy reviews.
• Partner with staffing agencies; review invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate locker assignments and inventory management.
• Coordinate training, track ROTs, and support Health & Safety initiatives.
• Provide general HR and administrative support; assist day-to-day HR activities.
