We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our People team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their HR career to gain broad exposure to the entire employee lifecycle and grow within an agile, supportive team.

What You’ll Do :

Administrative & Team Support

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the People team across a range of HR functions

Maintain accurate employee records and documentation in HRIS and internal databases

Support calendar coordination, scheduling, and logistics for interviews, onboarding, and team meetings

Onboarding & Offboarding Support

Assist with new hire onboarding tasks including equipment requests, document collection, and welcome logistics

Coordinate Day 1 readiness (e.g., laptop setup, access provisioning, welcome communications)

Support offboarding logistics including checklists, exit survey coordination, and equipment return tracking

Benefits & PTO Administration

Support employee inquiries related to benefits, leaves, and PTO policies

Assist with tracking and reporting on PTO usage and leave balances

Help with benefits enrollments, updates, and communications under the guidance of the People Operations team

People Programs & Projects

Contribute to the execution of HR initiatives, events, and employee engagement activities

Participate in process improvements and documentation of People team workflows

Learn and grow by supporting various aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, compliance, and culture

What You Bring :

1–2 years of experience in an administrative, HR, or People Operations role (co-op / internship experience welcome)

Eagerness to learn and develop in the HR field within a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS or ATS is a plus
