Kirmac is a family owned and operated leader in the collision repair industry. Founded in 1973, Kirmac Collision & Autoglass' team members provide excellent customer service and quality repairs and turn the unfortunate situation of having an accident into a positive, lasting impression for our customers while supporting B.C Children's hospital through Kirmac Cares for Kids. Kirmac currently operates 18 locations across the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley.

Are you our next Human Resources Coordinator? You would be a good fit for this position if:

Intrigued? Here is what your day-to-day would include:

  • Supporting day-to-day employee inquiries in a timely and productive manner.
  • Liaising with the operations team and location managers to ensure employee concerns are appropriately resolved.
  • Administering benefits for employees.
  • Tracking and analyzing employee metrics; communicating issues and trends to the HR lead.
  • Composing, sending, and following up on employee status letters.
  • Providing employment verification for staff, including requests from lawyers for employee files.
  • Creating letters of employment for employees.
  • Uploading documentation and maintaining employee personnel files in Dayforce.
  • Tracking and following up with employees to ensure employee files are compliant and up to date.
  • Providing employee support on matters pertaining to the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
  • Administering payroll and benefit programs.
  • Coordinating the Performance Appraisal process.
  • Maintaining statistics and metrics of the safety program.
  • Creating and sending out monthly informational emails and updating Dayforce Hub.
