Galore Creek Mining Corporation is seeking a highly organized and service-oriented HR Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations with a strong focus on payroll administration. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting employees, coordinating key HR processes, and ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance. This is a superb opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing administrative excellence with people-focused work.
Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources and a dotted line to the Manager, Accounting and Administration, the Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for maintaining employee information in Galore Creek’s Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and supporting payroll processing with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy, and supporting benefit administration-related duties as well as other ad hoc duties.

Located in the territory of the Tahltan Nation in northwestern British Columbia, Galore Creek is one of the world’s largest undeveloped copper-gold-silver deposits. Galore Creek Mining Corporation (GCMC), a partnership between Newmont Corporation (Newmont) and Teck Resources Limited (Teck), is committed to advancing the asset towards a development decision with meaningful input from the Tahltan Nation and BC regulators.
