The role focuses on position management, classification, and advisory support across multiple personnel systems within FLTREADCEN EAST.

The position requires delivering analyses on organizational structure, conducting special studies, and assisting management with changes that impact group effects.

Responsibilities

• You will provide position management and classification support to assigned organizations under various personnel systems.
• You will provide advice and assistance on automated personnel programs.
• You will advise management concerning group effects of organizational change.
• You will undertake special studies/research for assigned area on problems that relate to position management, organizational structure and classification.
