What You'll Be Doing
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with operational goals
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
- Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning initiatives
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across all HR practices
- Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and employee engagement
What Are We Looking For
- Proven ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated capability in navigating complex employee relations and organizational change
- Strong communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
- Knowledge of provincial labour and employment statutes
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism
- Proficiency in HR systems and databases; Workday preferred. Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- CHRP designation is an asset
Work Environment
This role operates in a dynamic, collaborative environment with both office and field-based interactions. Flexibility to travel to various sites may be required to support business needs.
