Venor is proud to partner with TrueFoam on their search for an HR Business Partner (HRBP). TrueFoam has been providing innovative insulation products across Atlantic Canada for over 50 years. As HRBP, you will report directly to the President and play a key role in shaping the company’s people and culture strategy during an exciting transformation period. This role offers a unique opportunity to build programs within a thriving organization, leading initiatives from the ground up and influencing company culture.
Applicants should have a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, with a CPHR designation. 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing and with hourly employees, is ideal. Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building skills, proficiency in HRIS and office software (Google Suite), and a self-motivated, strategic mindset are essential.
