Definity is seeking an HR Assistant in HR Shared Services to deliver seamless HR operational support across the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, including payroll and leaves. This role emphasizes accuracy and confidentiality in a hybrid work environment.
You will process HR transactions in the HCM system, triage inquiries, and contribute to improvements in processes and data integrity while supporting projects and initiatives.

As an HR Assistant, HR Shared Services, you’ll be a key contributor to delivering seamless HR operational support and outstanding service to employees across Definity. You’ll be part of a dynamic team that serves as the first point of contact for HR inquiries, offering guidance and efficient resolution across the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding, including retirement, job changes, leaves of absence, payroll, and more.
You’ll also play an important role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our HCM system data and processes, ensuring a smooth and consistent employee experience.

The hourly compensation for the role starts at $22.50 per hour and will increase based on factors including but not limited to, skills, education, experience, and the recommended rates as set by the respective educational institution.
