At Treesa Builders, we believe that our people are the foundation of our success. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our growing team in Vancouver. This role supports the HR department in delivering smooth, efficient administrative and operational processes across all areas of human resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
  • Coordinate employee training sessions, performance reviews, and internal communications.
  • Help administer employee benefits, leave records, and attendance tracking.
  • Respond to internal HR-related inquiries and direct more complex issues to senior HR staff.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports, letters, and documentation as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal company policies.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role.
  • Strong knowledge of basic HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
