Core Purpose and Essence of the Position: Responsible for providing administrative HR duties to a defined area of the business. This position will perform administrative human resources duties to support legal compliance, time & attendance, personnel records, onboarding, and terminations, as well as additional operational functions.
The primary exchange will be working with HR, Team Lead, Supervisors, Warehouse Associates, and Managers.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s Degree in human resources management or equivalent experience; CHRP is preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Human Resources Assistant, with a focus on employee relations.
