Job description

The Human Resources Digital Solutions team is responsible for designing and deploying scalable technical solutions in Workday to better organize, understand, and proactively deploy our current and future workforce needs. This team is diverse in education, experience, and prides themselves on their passion, innovative mindsets, and collaborative work culture, while using modern agile principles. Under the leadership of the Manager, HR Systems Management, you will have a safe space to experiment, take calculated risks, and build on your colleagues’ strengths and expertise to achieve milestones.

As an Analyst, HR Digital Solutions, you are curious and empathetic to users and their experiences. You are creative with a natural ability to produce alternative solutions to problems and find a balance between the systems’ capabilities and user needs to implement the best solutions.

What will you do?

1. Collaborate with team members to develop and deploy sustainable Workday configuration solutions in a complex ecosystem.
2. Define and refine technical requirements, focusing on high value and high impact work.
3. Identify opportunities for system enhancements; propose innovative solutions to optimize HR processes, automate tasks, and improve user experience in Talent Management and Talent Development.
4. Maintain accurate system documentation, including workflows, configurations, and SOPs, to facilitate knowledge sharing and system maintenance.
5. Ensure the accuracy and organization of tickets in our ticketing system (JIRA).

Must Haves

• Extensive Workday configuration and implementation experience, particularly with Workday Learning in a global organization.
• Deep configuration knowledge of Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management, especially the Absence Calendar.
• Applied configuration experience with Workday Help.
• Experience supporting HR processes; knowledge of agile practices is a plus.
