Job summary

ALS Limited is seeking an HR Advisor in North Vancouver, BC. You will partner with the HR Director to provide support across employee relations, recruitment, performance management, onboarding, and HR administration for an assigned client group.

The role requires sound judgment, strong relationship-building, and the ability to deliver compliant HR support aligned with company policies and employment legislation.

Qualifications

• University degree and/or college diploma in Human Resources Management or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of progressive HR experience in a multi-site environment is an asset.
• HR support across employee relations, recruitment, performance management, policy interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR contact for employees, supervisors, and managers within the assigned client group.
• Provide HR advice and support on employment-related matters.
• Coach managers on employee relations, performance management, and policy application.
• Assist with investigations, documentation, and follow-up actions.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning activities.
