As a Human Resources Advisor at Trench Canada, you will serve as a trusted partner to production leaders and employees, providing day-to-day HR support within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will play a key role in fostering positive employee relations, supporting workforce effectiveness, and ensuring the consistent application of HR policies, programs, and collective agreement provisions. Working closely with production supervisors, managers, union representatives, and the HR team, you will provide practical HR guidance and solutions that enable business success while creating a positive employee experience. You will support a variety of HR functions including employee relations, recruitment, disability management, benefits and pension administration, workforce reporting, employee engagement initiatives, and the use of HR technology and AI-enabled solutions to improve service delivery.
In accordance with the Pay Transparency Act, we are committed to providing clear and accessible information about compensation for this role. The expected compensation range for this position is $60,000 to $80,000/ Annually. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on several job-related factors, including relevant education, depth and breadth of experience, professional certifications or license, specialized skills aligned with the role, and internal equity considerations.
