Overview
We are seeking a results-oriented and hands-on Production Manager to lead operations at our unionized manufacturing facility, specializing in high-voltage power transmission products. Operating over two shifts (with planned expansion to three), this role plays a critical part in delivering complex, customized, project-based products on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate brings a strong continuous improvement mindset, a solid foundation in Lean Manufacturing and 5S, and extensive experience in Ontario’s regulated manufacturing environment.
Inaccordance with the Pay Transparency Act, we are committed to providing clearand accessible information about compensation for this role. The expectedcompensation range for this position is $115,000 – $150,000 / Annually. Actualcompensation within this range will be determined based on several job‑relatedfactors, including relevant education, depth and breadth of experience,professional certifications or license, specialized skills aligned with therole, and internal equity considerations.
