Job summary

Pacifica Housing is seeking a Housing Support Worker to provide comprehensive, person-centered support to tenants in Supportive Housing programs across multiple sites. You will deliver services aligned with a housing-first approach, support daily living skills, and assist with navigating community resources.

Position requires flexibility for night shifts and weekend coverage, with a strong commitment to social justice and tenant empowerment.

Qualifications

• Relevant education or experience in human/social services preferred.
• First Aid Certification is required.
• Naloxone administration training is required.
• Food Safe Certification is required.
• Vulnerable Sectors Criminal Record Check is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, person-centered support to tenants.
• Develop, implement and monitor personalized support plans.
• Assist with case management and reporting of difficulties.
• Advocate for tenants with community agencies and services.
• Respond to emergencies and administer naloxone as needed.
• Coordinate referrals to essential services and programs.
