Job summary

Lac La Ronge Indian Band invites applications for a Housing Program Assistant on a definite term contract. Based in Air Ronge, SK, the role provides administrative support to the Housing Manager and the team, handling correspondence, data entry, and file management.

The ideal candidate has a Grade 12 and basic office skills, proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook, and can work well in a busy office while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class 5 driver's license.
• Minimum Grade 12.

HOUSING PROGRAM ASSISTANT – Definite Term Contract

The suitable candidate will be able to perform the following duties:

• Provide office administrative program support to Housing Manager, Assistant Housing Manager, Tenant Relations Officer and Rental Officer
• Perform office duties such as typing correspondence, filing, photocopying and data entry, scanning documents
• Other duties as assigned
