Job summary

Dixon Hall is hiring a Housing Client Intervention Worker to assist seniors and adults with disabilities in securing and maintaining housing. You will perform duties aligned with the organization’s mission, ensuring safety and customer service excellence.

The role involves coordinating housing plans, liaising with partners, advocating for clients, and supporting an interdisciplinary outreach team to achieve housing stability.

Qualifications

• BSW or MSW or related degree in a relevant field.
• 2–3 years of experience supporting seniors/ homeless or at risk.
• Familiarity with seniors, disabilities, mental health, addictions.

Responsibilities

• Provide housing-focused case management support to secure and maintain housing.
• Develop action plans with clients and coordinate referrals.
• Advocate for clients in various settings and liaise with partners.
