Job summary

Indwell in St. Thomas, Ontario is seeking a Part-Time Supportive Housing Coordinator to work with residents facing mental health and substance use challenges, helping them maintain housing stability and develop individualized service plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and related experience.
• Experience in case management with individuals experiencing mental health or substance use challenges.
• PVSC within requirements and ability to obtain First Aid/CPR within 30 days.
• Valid G-class driver’s license with own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Build therapeutic relationships with residents using recovery-oriented, trauma-informed care.
• Develop and carry out individual service plans and related assessments.
• Coordinate supports and connect residents with clinical and informal resources.
• Facilitate group programming and document health records thoroughly.
