Reporting to the Housing Facilities Manager, the Housing Facilities Coordinator plays a vital role within the team. This position involves management, coordination, and scheduling of various services, handling inquiries, overseeing accounts payable, managing move-in/move-out processes, and maintaining office administration. Utilizing the resources provided by the Bruce County Housing Corporation, including the Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS), Security Center System, and SharePoint, the Housing Facilities Coordinator employs effective communication, multitasking, and property management administration skills. In addition to providing administrative support, this role requires adherence to Bruce County’s Housing Corporation’s preventative maintenance standards and ensures compliance with building and corporate standards. The Housing Facilities Coordinator is instrumental in maintaining a seamless and organized operation within the Housing Facilities.
