Job summary

City of Toronto is seeking a Manager Housing Development & Revitalization to develop and implement plans for purpose-built rental housing. You will supervise the construction of new rental properties and provide top management and Council with regular updates on ongoing initiatives.

The role requires a post-secondary degree in a related field, strong budgeting skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple government levels.

Qualifications

Experience in managing program budgets, including developing business cases, controlling spending, and interpreting financial reports.
Ability to supervise construction of rental properties by nonprofit, cooperative, and private companies.
Knowledge of municipal services and programs and interaction with other levels of government.
