Four Seasons Hotel Toronto is currently looking for a dedicated Full-Time Houseperson who shares our commitment to flawless guest experiences. You will support the housekeeping team by ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet Five-Star standards, maintaining cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout the property.

The role requires 1-2 years in housekeeping, strong English communication, physical stamina, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

Formación

• 1-2 years of housekeeping experience in a hotel operation.
• Strong communication skills and command of English.
• Additional language is an asset for career growth.

About The Role

The Full-Time Houseperson is an integral part of the Housekeeping Team who collectively is responsible for the cleanliness and attention to detail of the hotel, both guest rooms, public areas, back of house as well as the outdoor property. The Houseperson supports the Room Attendants by ensuring guest room supplies are well stocked, garbage and debris are removed from the rooms as well as other cleaning duties as assigned. This position also ensures the cleanliness and perfection of the guest areas of the hotel and other cleaning duties as assigned.

What You Will Bring

We are looking for individuals who possess a high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic. This role has direct involvement with guests and strong communication skills and command of the English language are required. Individuals need to be able to clean all areas of the hotel to Four Seasons Standards. This position requires standing for the majority of the shift and requires the ability to lift at least 70lbs.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• 1-2 years previous Housekeeping experience in a fast paced Hotel operation
• Strong communication skills and command of English language
• Additional language a definite asset for career growth

Starting rate of pay of $24.83 and full rate of pay of $27.59

Schedule & Hours

The ideal candidate will have an open work schedule and able to work overnights, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
