Job summary

Germain Hôtels Enfield, Nova Scotia, Canada is hiring a part-time housekeeping team member to ensure clean, inviting spaces and smooth operations across common areas and rooms.

Great attention to detail, punctuality and a proactive approach are valued as you support laundry, bedding stocking and guest-request responsiveness in a close-knit team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, an asset.
• Experience in a similar position, an asset.
• Good physical condition: standing for long periods and ability to bend, lift loads up to 50 lb.
• Autonomy, proactivity, good management of priorities and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Ensure housekeeping of common areas and document all issues to be corrected.
• Participate in all cleaning, handling, and room availability tasks.
• Perform layout and furnishing changes; disassemble/reassemble furniture.
• Gather laundry items and stock all floors with bedding.
• Perform specific cleaning tasks for draperies, windows, balconies, decks, carpets, floors, etc.
• Respond to guest requests with care and attention and contribute, through your individuality and creativity, to continually improve their experience.
