  • Enjoys variety in their day and is comfortable with a physically demanding role
Key responsibilities include:
  • Maintaining cleanliness of resort common areas including lobbies, washrooms, hallways, staff spaces, and public areas

  • Supporting Guest Services by helping with guest deliveries and errands around the resort
  • Reporting maintenance issues promptly and appropriately
  • Following safety guidelines when using cleaning products and equipment
  • Handling and cataloguing lost and found items
  • Upholding resort hygiene, safety, and sustainability standards
Requirements:
  • Comfortable lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs

  • A team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic
  • Good English language skills for communication and task coordination
  • Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
  • Able to stay calm and focused when pulled in different directions; can manage interruptions and shifting priorities throughout the day
We offer:
  • Staff discounts and associate hotel rates
