Concord seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping, laundry, and houseperson teams, ensuring rooms and public areas meet our cleanliness and brand standards. You will inspect spaces, train staff, and manage daily assignments while responding to guests and maintaining readiness.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hotel environment, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and leadership skills.
• Ability to train, motivate, and support a team.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and assist with cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping, laundry, and houseperson teams to ensure quality, productivity, and standards.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to confirm cleanliness and brand compliance.
• Train and support team members to drive performance and consistency.
• Lead daily assignments, key control, and team readiness.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns promptly.
• Monitor room status, report maintenance needs, and ensure timely room readiness.
• Maintain organized housekeeping spaces and support operations as needed.
