Pomeroy Lodging is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a busy hotel team and ensure guest rooms and public areas meet our high standards. You will mentor staff, coach performance, and maintain supply levels to support smooth operations.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in a housekeeping position.
• Previous supervisory experience is an asset.
• Attention to detail and pride in a quality job done well.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and storage areas are clean and presentable.
• Provide direction, coaching, and feedback to team members.
• Prepare for shifts with stocked carts and maintain equipment.
• Clean and restock guest rooms as needed; protect guest property.
• Follow emergency procedures and safety guidelines.
