You will supervise and train housekeeping staff, manage inventory of cleaning supplies, and conduct regular inspections to uphold quality. The ideal candidate is a highly organized individual with a strong eye for detail and a commitment to excellence in hospitality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the daily activities of the housekeeping staff, ensuring efficient workflow and task completion.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure adherence to cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Train new housekeeping team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and hotel standards.
• Manage inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and amenities, placing orders as needed to maintain adequate stock levels.

Requirements
