Job summary

Mont Gabriel, perched atop Mont Gabriel in Sainte-Adèle, is part of the Tidan Hospitality Group and operates under the Tribute Portfolio brand. We are seeking a Supervisory Housekeeper to support daily housekeeping management and lead a friendly, service‑miented team.

You will oversee onboarding, training, and inspections, ensuring hygiene and quality standards while collaborating with other departments to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Bilingual in French and English is required.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel experience in a supervisory housekeeping role.
• Strong skills in staff management and organization (scheduling, supervision of rooms and common areas).
• Knowledge of administrative tools (payroll, timesheets, reports, inventory).
• Bilingualism (French and English) required to serve an international clientele.

Responsibilities

• Support the Executive Housekeeper in daily housekeeping management.
• Participate in onboarding, training, and follow-up of staff.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas per hotel standards.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and quality standards compliance.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure optimal guest experience.
• Follow internal procedures and Housekeeper directives.

Your missions

• Support the Executive Housekeeper in the daily management of the housekeeping team.
• Participate in the onboarding, training, and follow-up of staff.

• Collaborate with other departments to guarantee an optimal guest experience.
