Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining standards and procedures to ensure guest satisfaction
• Attend all scheduled shifts including shift work and weekend work in accordance with schedules
• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner during all interactions
• Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
• Work in any area assigned and complete any tasks as directed by the Housekeeping Manager
• Be proactive in your approach to the job and work within specific standards and procedures

Qualifications

• Previous Housekeeping experience is an asset
• Self-motivated, ability to work well with minimum supervision
• Excellent guest service skills
• Must have a high level of attention to detail
• Work well within a diverse team environment
• In good physical condition
• Flexible availability: including evenings, early mornings, weekends and statutory holidays
