Job summary

Eldorado Resort in Kelowna, Canada, is seeking a Housekeeping Manager for a 12-month term. You will oversee daily housekeeping and laundry operations, drive guest satisfaction, manage schedules, budgets, and inventories, and collaborate with Front Office and Maintenance to deliver a premium experience.

The ideal candidate will have proven housekeeping leadership, strong communication, and a hands-on approach to training and quality control.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience as a Housekeeping Manager required.
• Opera Cloud knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in a similar environment with a focus on service.

Responsibilities

• Motivate, coach, and lead housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Interview, hire, train, and manage performance; resolve issues as needed.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Reservations and Maintenance to ensure premium guest rooms.
• Oversee staffing schedules, budgets, and inventory for housekeeping and laundry.
• Inspect suites and public areas for cleanliness and repair; ensure guest satisfaction.
