Description

As a Housekeeping Host, you would be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests to deliver outstanding guest service and support the hotel's financial goals. Your responsibilities include:

• Cleaning guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Changing and replenishing bed linens, towels, and guest amenities as needed.
• Performing deep cleaning tasks when required.
• Stocking, maintaining, and transporting the housekeeping supply cart daily.
• Disposing of trash and recyclables.
• Responding promptly and courteously to guest requests.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Prior cleaning experience.
• Customer service experience, preferably in a hotel setting.
• Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weights (minimum 20 lbs).
• Quick learner with the ability to meet guest needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
