Job summary

Sienna Senior Living is seeking a Housekeeping Aide at Kensington Place Retirement Residence in Toronto. This permanent part-time role involves maintaining a safe, clean environment for residents, performing a range of cleaning tasks, and supporting a respectful, resident-focused atmosphere.

You will join a team that values compassion, reliability and attention to detail. Previous housekeeping experience is required; legal eligibility to work in Canada and clear background checks are expected.

• Previous housekeeping experience is required.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada or valid work permit is required.
• Able to pass Vulnerable Sector Check and Criminal Records Check.
• Willing to work part-time and flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, carpet shampooing and spot cleaning walls, windows and doors.
• Disinfect resident rooms, bathrooms, furniture and common areas per schedules and procedures.
• Prepare rooms for new occupants, ensuring spaces are clean, welcoming and tour-ready.
• Maintain resident privacy and professionalism in occupied living spaces.
• Contribute to a safe, clean environment and support residents' quality of life.

What You Need To Know

• Previous housekeeping experience is required
• You must be legally eligible to work in Canada or have a valid work/study permit
• You must successfully pass a Vulnerable Sector Check and Criminal Records Check
