Job summary

Sienna Senior Living is seeking a Housekeeping Aide for Aspira Brants Landing Retirement in Brantford, ON. The role runs 8am-4pm, permanent part-time, with a pay range of $17.99-$19.09 per hour as per the collective agreement.

You will join a team dedicated to creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents, upholding privacy and dignity while contributing to daily life enjoyment.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience is required.
• You must be legally eligible to work in Canada or have a valid work/study permit.
• You must successfully pass a Vulnerable Sector Check and Criminal Records Check.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, carpet shampooing, and spot cleaning walls, windows, and doors.
• Disinfect resident rooms, bathrooms, furniture, and common areas according to schedules.
• Prepare rooms for new occupants, ensuring spaces are clean, welcoming, and tour-ready.
• Maintain resident privacy and professionalism in occupied living spaces.
• Contribute to the home culture by supporting residents’ daily living.
