Reporting to the Environmental Services Manager, responsibilities of this role encompass resident care support, safety adherence, and facility maintenance. Key duties include safely performing delegated tasks, understanding WHMIS and housekeeping equipment, reporting resident condition changes promptly, and accurate documentation. The role requires commitment to continuous improvement, efficient resource use, collaboration, and strict adherence to Occupational Health and Safety practices.
